A gasp of relief went through the ranks of ground floor city shops in Vienna when a fancy idea was born. Shops suffering from vacancy only had to agree on a single compromise to expect full revitalisation:
they had to become hotel rooms.

Due to their proximity to city life we rededicate vacant shops into street lofts. Stretching out as a horizontal hotel URBANAUTS encompasses the local infrastructure. Services are provided by the surrounding institutions. Fellows build an inner circle of friends who cooperate with us. Each guest
chooses an individual mix. Follows invite to follow to hot spots off the beaten track. Deeply rooted
in the city´s networks we offer access to its authentic character. Entering our lofts right from
the street travellers live like locals, on a unique personal journey.
